Public schools can often operate under lowest qualified bidder regulations.  If this is the case, we place an increased emphasis on site performance testing to reduce risk for the owner.

Lowest bid can also result in more change orders (‘COs’).  Our extensive experience allows us to review facade COs to help preserve design intent & performance and ensure the owner’s risk profile isn’t adversely affected.

Some school districts have to work with very tight budgets.  We have a large & varied portfolio of education projects & we use that experience to help the team achieve aesthetic & performance goals to a budget.
